Full Refund – Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour to receive a full refund.
Reschedule Option – Cancel between 48 and 24 hours before your tour and choose to reschedule once at no extra cost (subject to availability).
No Refund – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
Weather Guarantee: If we cancel due to weather or unsafe conditions, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
